Aside from the in-house simple cooking in the very apartment, there is a possibility to use boarding capacities of the Bohemaland area. Boarding services are provided in two restaurants with the total capacity of 200 seats. The modern kitchen utilizes the RATIONAL cooking technology steam combi-ovens which guarantees greaseless preparation of quality dishes.
For summer evenings, there is full technical equipment available for smoking, barbecue and roasting of various kinds of meat in the covered barbecue spot. There are two opened rotary grills for porkers' roasting, classical grills for steak roasting and a smoking chamber available for the masters of roasting and grilling. Tapped beer and a wide range of beverages are commonplace.
